(Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System) Our main organisational focus is to provide Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Training, Programming, Installation Commissioning and Maintenance Services. We have a team of Apprenticeship Served / Graduate Engineers possessing extensive experience within Industry and have completed projects that have included the main PLC manufacturer’s systems. Completed projects include the modification of existing PLC systems and creating organised data tables for transfer to SCADA systems. Other projects have included adding additional inputs and outputs to SCADA systems and Human Machine Interface programming. We pride ourselves on the provision of solutions to all automation problems, this is possible because all of our engineers are experienced in all fields of Instrumentation and Control, including Industrial Electrical / Electronic fault finding and Installation. ICA also has extensive experience in the design and installation of PLC based Poka Yoke systems, these ensure clients achieve 100% quality for components delivered to their customers.
